Terms of Service

By purchasing and downloading Basetier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the template.

Basetier is a one-time-purchase digital product. Upon purchase, you are granted a license to: - Download and use the template source code - Modify and adapt the code for your own SaaS products - Deploy the code to your own infrastructure - Build unlimited products based on the template This is a per-developer license. If multiple developers at your company will work with the codebase, each needs their own license.

You may NOT: - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template source code as a competing starter product - Share your download link or license key publicly or with other developers - Use the Basetier name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement of your product You MAY use the code in commercial SaaS products that you build and sell — that is the intended use.

Products you build using Basetier are entirely yours. You own the copyright in your modifications, features, and domain-specific code. The underlying template structure remains licensed under these terms, but your work on top of it is yours.

Basetier is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the template is error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with every future version of its dependencies. You are responsible for testing and validating the code in your own context before relying on it in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Basetier is limited to the amount you paid for the template. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the template.

Your purchase includes access to the codebase and documentation. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Critical bug fixes and dependency updates are delivered as they become available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the template after changes constitutes acceptance.
