Basetier ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Basetier website and sells the Basetier starter template as a one-time digital download. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to your purchase. By accessing https://basetier.dev or purchasing Basetier, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect minimal information: Purchase Data: When you buy Basetier, our payment provider processes your transaction. We receive your email address and a record of the purchase so we can deliver your download link and license. Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, country, referrer). This is privacy-friendly and does not track you across other websites. We do NOT collect: your name, company, location beyond country-level, or any data about how you use the template after download.

We use the information we collect to: - Deliver your download link and license key after purchase - Process refunds within the 14-day window if requested - Send essential transactional emails (receipt, license, refund confirmation) - Understand aggregate traffic via Vercel Analytics to improve the product page We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Creem or Stripe). We never see or store your full card details — those are handled entirely by the payment processor on their secure infrastructure. We only receive a confirmation of successful payment and your email address.

We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly usage statistics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies to track individuals across sessions or other websites. It provides aggregated, anonymized data about page views and visitor origin. No personal identification is performed.

We retain your purchase record (email + license) for as long as needed to provide the product and honor the refund policy. The downloaded template code itself lives on your machine — we have no access to it after delivery.
